CAJ expects originality, proper citation, transparent authorship, conflict-of-interest declaration and responsible correction or retraction where required.

Peer Review Policy

Submitted manuscripts are screened by the editorial office before peer review assignment, reviewer recommendation and final editorial decision.

Copyright and Open Access

Accepted publications follow open access licensing with clear author consent, copyright transparency and public access to published article records.

Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License allows sharing and adaptation with appropriate attribution.

Publication Charges

Any processing fee, invoice, receipt and payment status will be managed through the CAJ dashboard and finance module before publication.

Indexing, DOI and Metadata Roadmap

CAJ prepares publication metadata for search visibility, DOI registration and indexing readiness with a staged pathway toward recognised databases.

The platform stores article title, author metadata, abstract, keywords, citation metadata, PDF URL, volume, issue, year and DOI fields to support Crossref-style DOI deposit readiness and MySitasi-oriented metadata review.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for accurate metadata, permission for third-party materials, ethical approval where applicable and final manuscript readiness.

Submission and Decision Workflow

The CAJ dashboard uses an OJS-aligned submission process: author upload, metadata entry, supplementary information, editorial screening, reviewer assignment, revision discussion, editorial decision and final production.

Editorial decisions may be recorded as revision requested, accepted, declined or rejected, with decision notes sent to authors by email and stored in the dashboard.
